Kershaw wins tonight... Jansen saves... Greinke pitching tomorrow... PRICELESS.
My dad got me hooked on Richie Rich comics when I was little.... Where was I... Oh yes: On Matt Kemp bobble head night (yes, yes I got mine), Dodgers pull off a 2-0 win. Small ball doesn't always work, but I'm tellin' you, when Kershaw takes the mound, good things tend to happen. Just like when the Good Witch of the North shows up....
Let's discuss tomorrow: Zack Greinke's first game back since he was injured in the STOOPID bench clearing brawl due to the STOOPID actions of Carlos Quentin (Padres). I have the feeling Chavez Ravine will be filled with the cheers, support and love for a healthy Zack on the mound tomorrow night. Just don't get any Dodger's fan started on the Quentin incident. !?#@! New Girls: Our pitcher was rushed and attacked (let's call a spade a spade, shall we?) attacked by a Padre's batter because THAT batter, Carlos Quentin, was hit by the pitch. NOT on purpose, although in HIS mind it was on purpose. Google the story as I may lose some objectivity here if I keep on about it... Where was I... ah yes, tomorrow. We paid enough for Greinke, let's see him do the stuff we paid for. Okay, maybe the Owners paid for him...but that's not the point. The point is, I'm confident he'll prove himself out there. Clark Gable.... sigh... Now THAT'S confidence!
Plus Greinke had a great start just the other day in AAA.
Girl Talk: Plain and simple cheering on someone who got a raw deal. Girls have heart and soul and compassion and giddy (not giddiness- there is a difference) and can gush on command. Ok, maybe that's just me. But seriously, a friend tells you someone you don't know has been hurt and women tend to go into "nurture" mode... the "How can I help?"
(Got this one from

Well, we can start by cheering on Greinke on the mound tomorrow Ladies, wanna see some good pitching stuff?
Kershaw's still my fave... this changes nothin'. But Greinke rocks! Watch the game tomorrow night. 7:10 first pitch. If you can't make the game, try watching it on TV; here's the broadcast info:

I've dangled the carrot to get you Ladies on board so you can start to watch with your special Guy (or heck, even make a Girl's Night of it- SWEET! Dress up, potluck or take-out, drinks, go over someone's house after work...)... now let's do it! Let's show 'em what kinda love and support Girl Fan Support can bring! *ok wrong colors admittedly but I like this Friends episode and couldn't help but think of it now...
GO Blue!
